This was a very large capital expenditure for a plant of our size, and it was critical that we met the timelines required by our customer (a large global QSR). Lakeview led the project from start to finish which included such services as vetting multiple manufacturers for needed equipment, updating and providing CAD drawings, meeting with key subject matter experts within our plant, tracking POs to ensure all equipment was received on time, and even providing written training documents for each piece of equipment.
